J.A. (Lex) Rowland Gallery

On loan from the Queensland Museum, Bert Hinkler’s original Avro Baby Aircraft is on display within the J.A. (Lex) Rowland Gallery.

In this very plane Bert set two records; his 1920’s London to Turin flight; and his 1921 flight from Sydney to Bundaberg, Australia.
